Common questions.
What counts as a user?
Any responder, dispatcher, or admin with credentials to the Guardian Alert console or responder view. Read-only contacts who only receive alerts via SMS/email are not counted.
How is billing handled?
Monthly or annual invoicing via ACH, card, or government PO. Annual prepay receives a 10% discount, applied on the order form.
Are SMS / MMS messages included?
Each seat includes a generous monthly allotment of multi-channel messages. Heavy-volume agencies can purchase a message-pack add-on or bring their own carrier credentials.
Can we cancel?
Month-to-month plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans renew on the order-form anniversary unless cancelled 30 days prior.
Do you support government POs?
Yes. We accept agency POs, GSA-style terms, and Net-30 invoicing for sworn public-safety agencies.
